Finding The Right Virtual Assistant

So you have a dream, you need support — and a great way to do that is with a Virtual Assistant (VA), which is an assistant who works for you hourly from afar by Web, e-mail, and telephone. But how do you find the one that’s right for you? Here’s what we’ve determined will best work for you and your VA in setting up a great, mutually supportive relationship.

1. Decide the type of work you want them to do.
Is it marketing oriented? Or more general? Do you want them to glide seamlessly between personal tasks like online birthday shopping and professional tasks? Your clarity will set up a clearer, easier relationship from the start.

Consider These Before Joining Affiliate Networks.

It is true that affiliate marketing is one of the best ways of making money online. In addition, it is also the easiest way to be conned by affiliate marketing networks and merchants who are very desperate to sell their products or services online, to the extent that they tell all sorts of lies. Many affiliates have been cheated out of their hard-earned money simply because of the fact that they trusted their affiliates who turned out to be illegal scams.

You definitely don’t want to be one of them. Therefore, if you are new to this, here are some things to consider before joining any affiliate program that you stumble across:

Use LinkedIn To Improve Your Sites SEO Ranking

If you’re planning to use LinkedIn to find business opportunities, optimizing your profile will help you stand out. But did you know that you can also use LinkedIn to improve the SEO of your website or blog?

Here’s how it works: if high ranking websites link to your website, it will improve your website’s page rank, so you’ll appear higher in organic Google searches. LinkedIn profiles have a fairly high Google Page Rank, so if have good profile SEO and link your website to it, your website’s SEO will also improve. I’m not claiming that your page rank will shoot through the roof (you need many, many backlinks for that to happen), but it will help a bit, and if more people click on your LinkedIn profile, they may also click on your website.

Using Your Content for Search Engine Optimization

If you are currently marketing your business online and have not put a great deal of thought into the content on your website, you may be making an incredibly costly mistake. The content on your website is invaluable for a number of reasons.

Well written content can be instrumental in selling your products and services to your potential customers. The content can influence the size of the target audience you are able to reach by helping to improve your search engine rankings.

Cure Your Distractions

No matter what your niche is or how experienced you are as a writer, you’ve probably come to realize that dealing with distractions comes with the job. Your ability to complete a piece of writing is highly dependent on how well you can block out things going on around you to focus and just write.

Some distractions will always be out there, swirling around you and constantly grappling for your attention. Others come and go. What you do to minimize or even eliminate those distractions altogether will play a big role in how productive you can be and how stressful writing is for you.

Why Nobody Reads Your Blog.

Blogging can be fun if you are passionate about your subject but it can be frustrating if the analytics show that you have no traffic to your blog or website. That means that no-one is reading your insights and is appreciating your writing. It is a little lonely. It is like writing a book and it is just sitting on the bookshelves.

So what are you doing wrong?

Here are 10 possible reasons you are not getting traffic to your blog.

1.  You have just started

Controlling Information Overload

“I have gone to hundreds of different sites, searching for the jewell in the crown. I have downloaded free ebooks, software tools, programs and bonuses. Still not made a penny. Help, what do I do with them? I am so Frustrated & confussed”

Does this situation sound familiar to you? I’m sure it happened to you when you were a newbie.

For those of you who are still going through this phase of internet marketing, I’m going to share with you my advice on managing information overload.

Did you notice that I said “this phase” of internet marketing?

Correctly Plan How You Will Make Money.

You’ve got to have a plan. A Plan is a map, a guide, a target, a focus, a route, a signpost, a direction, a path, a strategy.

It says you are going to go somewhere, do something, be somewhere by a certain time. It gives your life structure and shape, gravitas and power. If you allow life to turn up any old thing you’ll be floating downstream as quick as you like.

Ok, so not all plans work out, not all plans lead to treasure. But at least you’re in with a better chance if you have a map and a shovel than if you just dig at random – or, like most people, don’t dig at all.

Don’t Throw The Towel In.

If you want to be one of the 5% who becomes successful then you must learn to never give up. Of all the things I teach this one concept is the most important and difficult to achieve.

Never give up, failure is NOT an option. One simple sentence that describes an attitude that really successful people have. To fully take on that attitude is not easy, it is not enough to just say alright so I will keep trying. This is a no excuses, no reasons, commitment. Failure should almost not be in your vocabulary.
